刘小龙,男,1985年7月生,新能源学院(太阳能中心)副教授,硕士生导师。北京邮电大学物理电子学专业博士,俄罗斯科学院大学(圣彼得堡纳米中心)博士生联合培养,南京大学电子科学与工程学院博士后出站。
研究方向:新型低维材料光电探测器、有机半导体光电材料
主持科研项目:国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、国家重点实验室开放课题基金、高校横向课题、中央高校基本业务费
