戴松元,1967年1月出生于安徽绩溪县,1987年7月毕业于安徽师范大学物理系,同年考入中科院等离子体物理研究所先后获硕士、博士学位,2002年被聘为研究员和博导,2007年8月31日聘为三级研究员,2010年3月1日聘为二级研究员。
